About Kody Lotz
Hi, I'm Kody Lotz, the founder of Solid Steel Athletics. My passion for fitness began when I first picked up a football, and it has grown into a deep understanding of body mechanics and training through a full range of motion. As a certified nutritionist and Master Fitness trainer for the U.S. Army, I have honed my expertise in nutrition, tactical training, and exercise rehabilitation.
